Jennifer Lopez was extremely sweaty as she left her Los Angeles gym after an intense workout on Tuesday afternoon.
She was leaving the Tracy Anderson Studio, where the training rooms maintain a temperature of 95 degrees to “release toxins and improve skin elasticity,” according to the facility’s website.
The movie star went makeup-free and hid her face behind oversized black sunglasses.
The diva wore her highlighted hair tied in a topknot as the strands around her face were wet.
The 54-year-old “The Mother” actress wore a youthful look with a knotted white T-shirt that read “Never Too”, paired with shiny black high-waisted leggings from Beyond Yoga and white chunky sneakers.

She was walking down the stairs of the Studio City gym on Ventura Boulevard when a chauffeur-driven car was waiting for her.
The siren often works in Tracy Anderson’s studio; Gwyneth Paltrow is also a fan of the fitness guru and Madonna also hired her.
There is a very specific temperature and humidity level in the classroom: The classrooms are heated to 95 degrees and a humidity of 75 percent.
“Exercising in heat and humidity offers a number of benefits: Sweat stimulates the body to eliminate toxins and improves skin elasticity and tone,” explains the TA website.
“The heat also keeps the muscles warm, ready to move and malleable.” Remember to drink enough fluids. “When you exercise and sweat, you are using the body’s natural cooling mechanism.”
The studio offers the Tracy Anderson Method, including “muscle building and dance cardio fitness classes, customized programs, private personal training and the Iso-Kinetic Band system and the Super-G floor,” according to the website.
Isokinetic exercises are exercises that apply variable resistance to a constantly moving limb. Isokinetic exercises involve contracting your muscle while moving your limbs quickly.

This week, Lopez released a teaser for her upcoming album This is Me…Now as she announced that the release date has been set for February 16, 2024.
In the new clip, she is seen dripping wet in a pink dress, sitting in front of the fireplace in a high-rise building and rummaging through a box full of memorabilia.

The handwritten note was dated December 24, 2002. That was shortly after their first engagement.

This Is Me…Now is a follow-up to their 2003 album This Is Me…Then, which was inspired by and dedicated to Affleck.
The couple ended their engagement a year after the record’s release, but got back together nearly two decades later and married in 2022.
On Saturday morning, the Marry Me actress released the first teaser clip to her 253 million Instagram followers, revealing images from the new album.
The clip begins with “Hear It.” See it. Live it. Share it.’ in gold over green, the singer’s lucky color.
The slide also features a hummingbird, which she says has been one of her favorite birds in the past, and she even decorated her 2022 Christmas tree with hummingbird ornaments.
The opening shots gave way to quick crops of images of the Wedding Planner actress — setting her Thanksgiving table with $500 Hermès plates — dancing at a wedding, in a factory, in the rain and in a Greek setting.
At the end of the video, she posts a message explaining the theme of her new album. “Through music, film and reality, this musical experience is an expression of a life’s journey in search of the truth about love,” she wrote.
“This is Me…Now” is the Let’s Get Loud hitmaker’s ninth studio album and, alongside the soundtrack to “Marry Me with Maluma”, her first new music since 2014.

Notably, the LP is a follow-up to 2002’s This Is Me…Then, which charted in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 upon its release.
The 2002 album was inspired by Jennifer’s first relationship with her now husband Affleck.

Ben had three children with Garner, while Lopez has twins with Anthony.

The new album contains songs such as To Be Yours, Mad in Love, Greatest Love Story Never Told, Rebound, This Time Around and Dear Ben Pt. II, Billboard reported.
The couple married in Las Vegas and there is a song on the album called “Midnight Train to Vegas,” which is certainly about the surprise escape into Sin City.
According to a press release on Monday, Lopez’s “musical experience” will be released on February 16, 2024.
